The Child Inside

 I’m such a child sometimes
I don’t apologise for it
Yesterday I bought a £3.00 plastic light up ghost from Sainsbury’s
Useless
But cute

Snap! I have one as well. I also have a ghost mug. If you go into Poundland they have some great Hallowe'en stuff, including the sweetest dinky little ghost tea lights for £1.
It is precious little things like this that bring sweet little joyous moments to a mundane day, things that both make life worth living and prove you are still alive to the child inside. All good.

    1. "sweet little joyous moments to a mundane day" - perfect ☺️ sometimes they're just the thing to lift the spirits ( oops just realised what I did there 😅)

  2. Sometimes it is only a light up ghost which can fill that spot in your house or mind.

  3. I bought a large Peter Rabbit soft toy from a charity shop a few weeks ago. Well, he was calling out to me!
We can't be grown up all the time! xx

  4. I have almost the exact same ghost on my kitchen windowsill. It's October 1: time to get out all the Halloween decorations.
