What a wonderful show, amazing exhibits, and excellent attendance!!!!! The food, real vegetables, and flowers look glorious and those cakes and pies - yum! I'd have liked to talk with Ma Manley and to listen as she talked with others about her lovely book. Love seeing your sweet cottage again. I'm surprised your perfect yellow tulips didn't win anything (wink). Ta for taking us along.
Now you and the others who works so hard can relax and let your souls catch up with your bodies (as Grandma Hall used to say).

    Big hugs!

Next year sneak in a category for "out of season plastic flowers" so you can get a big ribbon. Also does some luck person (who isn't on a low carb/sugar diet) get to taste all the cakes? And is that Lemon Curd? Wow.

i am so proud of you and your village for putting on that fabulous flower show once again, well done all. You got me with the tulips, when I first saw them, I wondered how someone grew them at this time of year, then it clicked, I had seen them at your cottage. I have the same ones in red and they are the best plastic flowers, so real looking. Thanks for the laugh, john. Bet you are still tired. Gigi
