Well done, John. You can breathe a sigh of relief, before the fun and games of getting all the entrants and exhibits in the right place commence. And there's still time for a few late entries to dribble in! xx
Fabulous! Hope the afternoon has gone well and the tables all sorted. Well done to you and all those working to make this year's show a wonderful success! Best wishes to all who entered!
Having been secretary of WI shows - and stewarded - from village WI's to the county federation biannual show, I understand just how much work you have put into this. 401 entries is remarkable, especially with such a bad summer for growing things. Have a lovely day tomorrow. Will be thinking of you all.
478 entries?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How marvelous. Hope you're smiling in your sleep and that you're well rested and ready to go when you wake up. It will be Show Time!
Hope by now you and the companion animals are snoozing with full tummies.
The Flower Show is my weekend excitement (from across the pond) but having you collapse would not enhance my fun at all (assuming my fun is your objective).
There are good reasons why you are much loved in the village.
