No! I do not like BST and wish they would stop changing the clocks twice a year. It is stupid and quite disruptive. I see no benefits whatsoever.

In Canada we sprang forward at the beginning of March, in sync with the Americans.
Have to say your exuberance is underwhelming. When I was a kid old people complained about feeling discomfort with the time change and it seemed so weird. Now I spend a couple days after each one a bit out of joint. Ceci
