ReplyDeleteThey do , indeed
DeleteYou have so many people who care for you. Karma in action. xx
ReplyDeleteI know…I do….but I feel so very alone 🥲
DeleteSuch lovely people. This is the time to reach out to friends although to be honest in similar circumstances I've been reluctant to do so. I don't know what held me back. Pride? Anyway, I should have done it sooner. In the article in a comment on your previous post it said staff were being supported. Is this true?
ReplyDeleteI’m not very good at asking for support susan , but I do appreciate it
DeleteHang in there, friend.
ReplyDeleteI’m hanging
DeleteSo many kind people in our World. Sometimes we forget the good things when bad things are happening.

Some nice gestures there. I'm glad. Clearly you're appreciated.
ReplyDeleteThat is the sort of jumble of good things that arrive to wish good things for a good man. And it helps.
ReplyDeleteIf you want my great grandmother's recipe for runner bean chutney just say. It is a Victorian delight I try to make every year. Lovely with cheese or a curry!
I love your kitchen wall gifts.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. Small gifts to remind you that you are loved and valued. Enjoy your drink out. [do we know who Andrew is?]
ReplyDeleteThe kindness of good friends and neighbors is a healing balm to stress.
ReplyDeleteHope you and Andrew had a good time together, lots of laughs, and found all is well at The Crown under its new management.
Hugs!

ReplyDeleteI find great delight in your village family loving you up with homegrown and handmade when you are in need of TLC. Wish my little town here in Northern Michigan was this caring! Kathleen
ReplyDeleteI haven't eaten a 'Runner' bean for decades, we only ever have French beans these days. However, I live in hope and still have my funny little bean slicer just in case.
ReplyDeleteGood to have such generous friends.
