  3. My youngest and I would sing this going to and from visiting he father in a drug rehab center. She was such a good support to her father. How I wish it had stuck but, ah well, life on life's terms. At any rate, I love this song and it still pulls my heart strings.

    In 2006 it was on every radio station
    As I drove back and forth to the animal hospital with Finlay
    He had a brain tumour

    That dog broke my heart
    Broke it and tore it
    And the song reminds me of it all
