Loyalty

There is one thing you have to know about me and that is the fact that  I am always very loyal .
Totally so.......
Loyal to romances
Loyal to friends, to my family
And loyal to my obsessions
The Walking Dead returns this month for a final flourish !
I’m so excited

I’m wearing my fifth  best Walking Dead  T shirt tonight in anticipation
It has soup dripped down the front
In true form
Carol and Daryl have almost made it to the end ....
Who would have thought?

  1. Loyal, kind, a good sense of humour and a hole in his jumper. The perfect man?

    1. Yep :) ( I can mend his hole)

    2. Is it just me or does mending his hole sound a trifle risque?

  2. Same here. If I had to list what I thought were my positive attributes, loyalty would be there near the top.

  3. Animal lover. Cooks. Keen eye for decorating. Sociable. Sings. Good grasp of trivia. Amateur racer. After too many nights at work, he becomes the walking dead. Has a magic wall where lovely gifts can appear.

  5. I cant believe it's still on. I hear the final 24 shows will carry through and end in 2022... with Carol and Daryl getting a spin off.

  6. I believe I am loyal but unfortunately in some cases it has not been reciprocated x

  7. My son and I have watched it since the beginning. We always enjoyed it; was great fun to sit together and chat. He's off on his own now, so it's just me and the dogs and cats!

  8. John, I've never been able to watch any of the program, but I am loyal to your loyalty. I am so happy to seen you're in it for another season and will be cheering them on.
I am so happy to see you reposted most of your old pictures, and I wish you would add the one Loyal Dead picture I loved. It is a gallant and wounded woman walking toward an equally done in man. I know no names or scenes.

  9. Never watched any of it, but loyalty - yes. Always and ever.

  10. TWD lost me after Negan killed Alpha. Too much talking after that, not enough action, coupled with Michonne gone, too many new people, lost my patience waiting for Beta's end. I dropped out before end of war with Whispers.

  11. Don't get the Walking Dead thing, but loyalty - yes. When you have someone on your side, you can't go wrong (even if he has soup stains!) xx

  12. I'm with you as far as loyalty goes. I'm loyal for life to my family, friends and animals. I respect others that are loyal as well.

TWD isn't for me, but am elated it's got another season for you, John, and the other loyal fans!!
Yes, loyalty, kindness, thoughtfulness, an appreciation of the absurd, lightheartedness, willingness, generosity, curiosity, an open mind, and a good sense of humor. I believe those are the ingredients of a happy life but I know that's a bit much for a t-shirt. :)
    Hope you're feeling lots better.

    Hugs!

  14. I too have watched TWD since the beginning and am looking forward to more. Daryl and Carol are and always have been my favourite characters. I am so glad that they are still in it.

  15. I wonder if you ever bear grudges. All my life I've never been able to shake them off no natter how much I'd prefer to. If anyone crosses me or lets me down it's an eternal indelible black mark for them. But if I ever do it to them.....ah well, that's different. ;-)

  16. Loyalty is always top of the list, I too am always loyal, sadly it's not the same for everyone. I've never watched TWD, sorry, enjoy your last season.

  17. As questioned at the Chinese takeaway, "Are you a member of The Loyal Family?"

  18. Sounds much too scary for me. I'll let you tell us about it. You could award loyalty points to your readers?
