Regarding the high kicks, I've taken to dancing to loud music, whenever I feel like it - usually while washing up and tidying the kitchen in the evening. Makes me feel awake and alive. Currently I'm contorting myself to James Chance and the Contortions. I can recommend it.
I wish I were doing something more fun also but that doesn’t seem to be my life especially lately. Just work up for a dream about a wonderful hug,...sad it was a dream...the arms around me felt wonderful!
Seeing that shot of the Golden Girls made me wonder how old they were when they made that show. Rue McLanahan was only 51! I guess that means I'm a Golden Girl already!
I saw a blurb on MSNBC this morning, that Cardiff, Wales is getting one of the very first batches of Covid-19 vaccine due to the fact that Wales has been so hard hit by the virus! You will probably be one of the first recipients when it gets to your area since you are a caregiver! You'll have to let us know when you get it and what reaction [if any] you get! A sore arm is almost a given! Sadly the only Golden Girl left is Betty White and she is still truckin' along like the Energizer bunny!! I still watch so many of the reruns of that show! Rue and Betty ... gorgeous ladies!
