    2. I am very sorry John, that was a terrible thing to say. The gift was a lovely thing to have. I am out of sorts but that is no excuse. I have deleted the comment.

    3. Gosh Ursula, what a nasty comment. If you truly think these thoughts about John then why bother reading his blog - it isn't mandatory you know!

John, you carry on just as you are! I've only just found your blog and I think it's really lovely x

    7. Not everybody is getting the same signals you are, though, Ursula. I've been reading John's blog for a few years now, and that's not how he comes across to me at all.

And even if a blogger does comes across as something undesirable, I don't agree with you that it's fair for others to point out those faults - I think it's fair to stop reading the blog.

  12. When hospice works as it should, families are able to be thoughtful in one of life's difficult times. Enjoy!

Did I not say that in dancing with your patient you'd given that her just as much of a gift as she'd given you? The gifts she asked her family to give you affirm that.

You'll remember her and they will remember you.

    Hugs!

  32. My favorite drink. I have the makings, just gonna wait for warmer weather. Currently there's a wintry mix falling, nasty stuff, like chunky rain. Warm drinks only...

  33. Now THAT's a terrific gift! Although personally I prefer limes with my G&T, which I think is an American thing.
