"I'll admit I may have seen better days,
but I'm still not to be had for the price of a cocktail,

Henry
Unlike most Gay men
I've never really fancied young twinks
But Henry from The Great British Bake Off
Was an absolute sweetie!
I thought he is adorable
And sadly Voted off today...I shall miss him dreadfully
I am not enamoured with the sweeping generalisation, but I agree that Henry does seem a sweet lad. I guess that's in part due to the editing by a team that knows how to hook an audience.
Oh no, Henry got voted off! He is one of my favorites - how can you not love him! We won't get this episode until Friday here but that is okay, I always love this show even when I know the outcome.
Ever thought of entering GBBO? There’s a lot to the entering howsyourfather though! I got into conversation with a man who was shortlisted but didn’t make it onto the programme. I think you would be superbly televisual, cuddly, macho looking, but gay. A telly producers’ dream.
I agree, so cute. And in the week I just watched he got a handshake from Paul and Star Baker. I won't get the episode until next Friday and will be sad when he goes.

ReplyDeleteOh brother, in the words of another twink.

ReplyDeleteWhether you want to do anything with them or not doesn't matter. They are like a human as a work of art to admire.
ReplyDeleteI think he is delightful. If he was my son I would be so proud x
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a little cutie pie ♥️
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing that series, he is cute.
ReplyDeleteOh No Not Henry ! He was my favorite ! He must have really messed up I am so sad. Such a nice person. I don't get to see the show till Friday
ReplyDeleteparsnip
Did he burn his cakes?
ReplyDeleteIt was pastry week. His pastry was too thick and soggy.
DeleteAs one who was brought up on my mum's thick soggy pastry I can't see what was wrong with it!

Accident prone too with a hairy builder's crack showing when bending down to put stuff in the oven.
DeleteIt was right for him to go last night, but like you we loved him and will miss him.
ReplyDeleteNot Henry. How could anyone be so mean to sweet Henry?
ReplyDeleteI wonder how he would cope with a rugby scrum on a muddy field in February.

ReplyDeleteI tend to save missing dreadfully for things like death and emigration, not game shows...
ReplyDeleteI was sorry to see him go, too. So adorable, and a worthy baker, too! I'm surprised Rosie has survived this long.
ReplyDeleteI want the old team back.....pre-2018. That is all I want to say!
ReplyDeleteI've loved watching Henry, he's adorable and I could just adopt him right now <3
ReplyDeleteI loved when he told Paul to shut up!!!
Unlike MOST gay men? Watch it.
