Waiting

I had an interview for a new job last week.
I interviewed well.
I am now Waiting to hear if I've got the job and it has been a trial .
I now, won't know until next week , perhaps longer.

There is a lot riding on this new job.
Amongst other things my self esteem will take a considerable boost if I do get it..
I need that lift

Affable despot Jason sent his good wishes with this photo today
It's perky optimism is contagious

I did a double take on that photo, too. Mercy, Jason!

How annoying to have to wait so long to hear about whether you got this new job. I add my high hopes and heartfelt wishes that you get the job and that you get the call confirming that really, really soon.

  21. Good things come to those who wait, usually after I have given up all hope.

  22. Why do they take so long to make a decision?

  23. I cringe at what that dog's name must be. "Here, Boner! That's a good boy!" Wishing you the best of luck and hope you get that job!

  24. You "interviewed well". What does that mean? I don't wish to take the wind out of your sails (quite the opposite - I'll blow) but what if a sizable chunk of your competition also "interviewed well"? Then the decision maker is in that, peculiar to HR, shit hole of having to, well, decide who of all those who interviewed well will take the crown. Please don't make your self worth dependent on which side of the bed someone got out of that morning or whether they click with. There are so many variables in the recruitment process as to render their outcome largely a mystery.

Wishing you luck, John, because - despite all your vast experience and credentials - that's what life often comes to ... Lady Luck favouring you.

  27. I interviewed for a job once but after waiting a reasonable time, I accepted another offer. Six weeks later, after working at the at the new job, I got a call from the first company. After I told him that I was happy where I was, he up the offer $10,000 more. I accepted and worked there for seventeen years until I retired. Companies,
Arge and small, are notoriously long in making employment decisions. Hang in there. Good things come to he who waits.

  45. After 12years of marriage, me and my husband has been into one quarrel or the other until he finally left me and moved to California to be with another woman. I felt my life was over and my kids thought they would never see their father again. i tried to be strong just for the kids but i could not control the pains that torments my heart, my heart was filled with sorrows and pains because i was really in love with my husband. Every day and night i think of him and always wish he could come back to me, I was really worried and i needed help, so i searched for help online and I came across a website that suggested that Robinson.buckler can help get ex back fast. So, I felt I should give him a try. I contacted him and he told me what to do and i did it then he did a Love spell for me. 11hours later, my husband really called me and told me that he miss me and the kids so much, So Amazing!! So that was how he came back that same day, with lots of love and joy,and he apologized for his mistake, and for the pain he caused me and the kids. Then from that day,our Marriage was now stronger than how it were before, All thanks to Robinson.buckler. he is so powerful and i decided to share my story on the internet that Robinson.buckler is real spell caster who i will always pray to live long to help his children in the time of trouble, if you are here and you need your ex lover back or save your marriage fast. Do not cry anymore, contact Robinson.buckler@yahoo.com

  46. I’m from USA am here to give my testimony about Dr Voke who helped me cure my HERPES (HSV), i want to inform the public how i was cured from (HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS), i visited different hospital but they gave me list of drugs like Famvir, Zovirax, and Valtrex which is very expensive to treat the symptoms and never cured me. Three months ago a friend suggested that I try herbal medicine; from a very powerful herbal doctor called (doctorvoke@gmail.com) I looked up his blog on the internet site and indeed he have had immense success with his product. There were lot of persons posting their testimony about how he cured them. when i contacted him he gave me hope and send a Herbal medicine to me that i took and it seriously worked for me, my HERPES result just came out negative.
