One Way Or T'other

I will be back tomorrow...

The video has nothing to do with things
But it's an enjoyable classic
I've just given a lecture to the Trelawnyd Women's Institute
I knew most of the ladies there
We had cake and tea and shared local history stories
I handed over my history blog to the village history group

😞

  6. I got my kids hooked on that movie when they were young. We loved it, and reenacting the dancing tired them out nicely.

I've missed you and your blog, too. My days usually start with checking in here so your days off have left a large hole in my mornings. Be good to you but do hurry back, please and thank you.

I remember that movie and song from seeing it as a child.

    Hugs!

  18. Positive news about the history blog, time to let go of the past and a good blog break too. You need some space in your life to re-find yourself on your own, not in a crowd.

  20. What a great gift. And what is it about 7 Brides for 7 Brothers that so many of my British friends have a “thing” for it?!?

  21. Thanks for the Seven Brides... clip. It came out when I was in high school and I have loved it ever since. Great music and dancing all the way through. Choreography by Michael Kidd who did all the great movies. The great dancer in the dark green shirt is Jacques d'Amboise of the New York City Ballet.
