Sexually Molested by Buster Keaton

Most dogs crave affection
Scottish terriers like George love an occasional rub
Welsh terriers adore to lap sit
And bulldogs
Well bulldogs will seek out and initiate
a full on,
No hold barred,
hug, smooch and snog
I have likened it to being
sexually molested by a hairy, four legged Buster Keaton

  9. Sounds like a lap cat in disguise. Maybe that explains all the extra skin.

    1. Gorgeous dogs. Have you considered an Irish canine addition?
All of Gt Britain would then be represented.

    3. Go for it...we were a labrador household when the kids were small but now have two Cavalier Spaniels and a Malshy! Teddy the Malshy has the biggest personality I have ever met. Funny, but after two dogs you don't seem to notice the extra additions. Well, until you get in the car that is! Teddy is often propositioned by our rescued breeding Cavalier (the reversing rear into the nose) and has adopted the same look of detached indifference as your dog.

    4. I think that is Malshi!

  20. I don't quite know what to say?!!! Just to change the subject, I have put an easy recipe on my blog for sweets. Thought you (or someone you know) might want to make some for the upcoming show. They are so easy to make. x

  21. Now, that is a creature living in the moment & enjoying her reunion with her beloved caretaker. Love that Winnie's eyes are glazed over as she soaks in every second of your embrace. I can almost hear the sigh she let out at the end of the hug.
An animal that has experienced living where they do not feel properly loved or that they are a permanent part of the family always appreciates a permanent loving home far more than a dog that has always been properly loved secure in where they belong. You have given Winnie far more than just a place to hang her undies.

  22. Goodness, I can't imagine being sexually molested by Buster Keaton. It looks more like you're grappling with Jennifer Paterson.

  26. John, I'm just catching up with your last few posts. Do you mind if I ask what's wrong with your little dog's skin? Our dog had terrible problems which went on for months, severe itching to the point she was bald inside her legs and on her tummy, and extremely dry skin and serious dandruff. We changed her food and put her on a high quality gluten free dry food, soaked in water. Also I started giving her evening primrose oil every day as the vet suggested and 3 or 4 tins of sardines in oil every week. It took several weeks before we noticed any change but gradually she improved enormously. I've also discovered that she's better sleeping on a cotton sheet inside her bed rather than dog fleecey blankets. And if she eats any doggy treats eg at Christmas she becomes really itchy again. Sorry for the long winded comment, but I wanted to help because it was awful watching our lovely dog suffering the way she did. She now has much more energy too.

    1. We have not got to the bottom of it as yet....
The vet thinks it's related to his anal glands
      I won't elaborate x
