How precious this is! Is there anything more sweet than baby animals ? You certainly are their mum, I would think they remember you as such... I'm quite smitten by the shoes :) ~ Jo
Remember "Babe"? Surely a similar farm film could be made about a gosling called "Winnie". You could get a part as the goose farmer but you'd have to ditch the shoes with which "A Brit in Tennessee" was smitten in favour of some farmer's wellies. A pitchfork and a smock would also be needed.
John, I remember when you posted this, I loved it then, and I love the rerun now! The whole thing with your sitting on the grass hanging out with Winnie and Jo--the 3 of you enjoying the moment is just great!!
Oh I remember that one! You're just little Ducky Duddle loving the babies!
Hey John we need to borrow a good photo of Meg for a contest Hootie wants to enter. It's called Find Your Better Half and we need a look alike of the opposite sex for it. Can we have one?? Smooches from pooches, BabyRocketDog & Hootie (& cassie)
ps-Yorkshire Pudding: Babe is one of our mommy's favorite movies. We own 2 copies of it!!
Oh how cute is this! I would love more birds but alas can only realistically fit in the three chickens and two bantams that I already have in our small suburban garden ~ much to hubby's relief ;-)
I loved the little sounds that they made when they were young! So cute! I'm glad Winnie gave you a kiss yesterday. Maybe you have to plop onto the ground more? xxxx oooo
I loved that video John. I remember when our African gosling's were that little and yellow and fluffy. Those were the days...they would follow me around like I was 'Mother Goose'. Loved it. Unfortunately like yours they don't stay like that forever however you were lucky to have that 'moment' with your gander. We take what we can get right! Hope your day has been a good one so far. Maura :) ps...they look like comfortable shoes!
