End of the World ~ I Love Disaster Movies Launch Video!
well apart from Shelley Winters and her death defying underwater swim and Carol Lynley's inability to sing "The Morning After" dressed in impossible to wear hot pants... this is why I love disaster movies!
You can recreate the Shelley Winters scene yourself at home by lying on your belly on a kitchen stool and swimming like mad - occasionally looking behind you!! Go on - give it a go! xxxx
Love 'em too. It always amuses me the first twenty minutes of the movie as they show the poor innocents going about their normal day. You just want to shout go! get out now! I just watched "Volcano" (set in California no less) last night. You gotta laugh even when you are flinching. Tammy

Why do I love disaster movies?
Simple, I'm one of those movie watching geeks who nit-picks over every tiny little detail; "that would never happen in real life"!
It drives my wife up the wall when I start nit-picking!
