we had a chicken caeser salad Kim and he brought home some smoked garlic ( which smells lovely as it hangs in the kitchen),and other French "nibbles" such as tinned duck and cassolet.........

I caned mine in a medium syrup. I did halves and diced both this way.I also made maple pear butter and pear preserves .
I like a city trip, but I love coming home to the peace of the wide open spaces.
