I live in British Columbia, far too close to the border for my comfort level. This is the second time we have been hit with 50% tariffs. Last time we hunkered down, changed our purchasing and travelling habits and got on with our lives. This time I sense a change, a cold steel core at the centre of the Canadian character has been exposed. It's been polished and shines brightly, it will not dim regardless of what is thrown at us.
