Spring?

There feels that there is a big sky over the village today.
The daffodils that Trendy Carol and I planted on the field wall opposite my cottage nearly twenty years ago now are flowering late this year and the sun was out this morning which remains a novelty for this time of year.
It’s St David’s day tomorrow, and the TCA has organised a St David’s Day tea in the Hall.
There is a bowls night and Casino nite organised too as well as chair yoga….I may go to that if my tendency for flatulence has abated enough.
I’m working tonight and tomorrow night, then have two weeks on holiday, what fun….

We think my mom’s flatulence problem might be caused by meds she’s taking… she squeaks all the time!!!

  4. Yes, there's a definite feeling of Spring just round the corner. Such a variety of events in your village, all of which take some organising. The TCA certainly keeps the village alive.
Your 2 weeks off has come at just the right time. The weather will be warmer (hopefully), and Spring will have truly sprung! How did Bluebell get on? Passed with flying colours, I hope. xx

I love daffodils. Bits of sunshine! How nice they are thriving and blooming 20 years after you and Trendy Carol planted them. Cali

  8. Isn't it amazing how long daffodils last? They just go and go, year after year! (Just Googled it: They can live 30-50 years in ideal conditions!)

Hope you had a pleasant day starting with the early sunshine and daffodils. Also hope these two night shifts will be tranquil. It could happen.
I am always amazed at the wonderful community programs, teas, and meals provided by the TCA for you and your neighbors in Trelawnyd.

    Hugs!
