It’s been a pretty miserable set of night shifts. So I’ve bought a miniature Christmas Tree from Marks compensate, there’s something about fairy lights that make the whole world better.

Your little tree is so cheery. Is that Bun or Weaver investigating? I must get my tree and decs up. These dark, dreary days call for some fairy lights.

We have a cold, rainy day, so am pressing my Christmas wall quilts and hanging them along with our old (but like new) plaid tablecloth that now adorns our dining room table. The tree will be put up later this week.

The orchestra and the chorus are both wonderful but the star of the show is that amazing conductor! She's an act unto herself.

DeleteWhen I was a boy our family always had a tree that touched the ceiling, though standing in a bucket on the floor, and whichever cat we had (we 'went through' dozens, seemingly) would inevitably once in a while bring the whole shebang crashng down, being unable to resist toying with all the sparkly stuff.
ReplyDeleteLovely video. Was hoping that the whole choir might do the little 'Brotherhood of Man' on-the-spot dance to the chorus, but rarher difficult to co-ordinate, I imagine.
Btw: In terms of record sales, this song still remains the most popular entry in all of Eurovision's history.
