Sunny Day

Bun is in the garden and Weaver is proudly sitting in the living room. It’s warm and sunny and I’m returning to work on nights tonight.

I met chic Eleanor this morning for breakfast. We had a full English which she described as gloriously decadent. She is a stunningly attractive woman who reminds me of Lee Remick and I love that she has the habit of holding my arm when she is moved or emotional .

It was nice to catch up

Lucky you with the sunshine. It didn't quite reach us this far north today.

Breakfast of a full English with chic Eleanor is a delightful way to start the day, especially when you have a night shift coming up.
Love the pictures of your lovely garden and contented Weaver, too.
Please hug your employed co-workers for me tonight as I am so very pleased you're all still there. Hope the shift is calm and peaceful for all.

    Hugs!

Nothing better than a full English or Scottish breakfast to keep you going. You sound so much better now and we too have a beautiful warm sunny day here, always good for your mood. Gigi

  16. You may be pleased to hear that we did NOT enjoy a nice, sunny day here in Sheffield. It was overcast and quite chilly but it did not rain.

How are you doing with your counseling patients? And also how is your arm progressing. You have been so concerned about the lay offs that I don’t believe that you have mentioned these topics lately. I’m hoping both are on the upswing. 🙏

    1. Sue, John's job is safe. (See his blog post Aug 15th - Job). There were enough voluntary redundancies to secure jobs for all the rest. xx
