Jurassic world Rebirth is much better than the last two movies in the franchise. Its a taught, romp with effectively two teams of protagonists in peril. One scientific and mercenary ( led by an impressively buff Scarlett Johansson) and one family and cute ( led by an equally impressive Manuel Garcia-Rulfo )
British director Gareth Edwards, likes his dinosaur set pieces, and with Spielberg touches everywhere provides a new twist on the genre with wonderfully tense flourishes.
Jonathon Bailey is cute as a button as the obligatory dino expert, who cries when he sees his first sauropod, wide eyed Audrina Miranda is the cute spunky kid who had the most sexiest dad this side of the Atlantic..
Indeed for me , Manuel Garcia Rulfo in his sexy shorts made the film for me…I’m still drooling
Going to see it sometime this week! I have loved Jurassic Park/World from the beginning.. The first came out around my Birthday and we all went and i can still remember the thrill of hearing the Trex roar for the first time.. .the theater shook! And i can still remember the wonder... the wonder of the actors seeing the dinosaurs for the first time transferring to my wonder at seeing them.. the music is fantastic , it encourages wonder... So glad you liked the film. Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteI look forward to your review xπ¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
DeleteWell, sod the dinosaurs, if there's eye candy available! xx
ReplyDeleteHe’s a real dish
DeleteOh, yes, movies with gorgeous hunks are always better.
ReplyDeleteShould I send you the slightly faded dinosaur pillowcase from his childhood that DS1 no longer wants?
Hugs!
Of course
DeleteI think I must like dinosaurs.... I am married to one π

DeleteWhy do I like Dinosaurs so much?....Possibly because you are one? The only known living johnusgrayasaurus - an omnivore that was once common in the Sheffield area, romping through the hills of Walkley and bellowing like a Frisian bull with indigestion.
ReplyDeleteHeard about the lesbian dinosaur ?
DeleteLickalotopus
LMAO!
DeleteI suspect my fave in that movie would be Scarlett Johannson!
ReplyDeleteI’m not a fan, but I concede she’s very good in it
DeleteI'll wait till it's on Netflix . . .
ReplyDeleteπ¦π¦
DeleteOh, I'm gonna go see this.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Jonathan Bailey? Yes.
XOXO
He’s rather cute but too young for me, mr Garcia is 44
DeleteAnd still too young
DeleteI saw the first "Jurassic Park," and that's where my experience with this franchise ends. But everybody likes dinosaurs. They're pretty darn amazing!
ReplyDeleteI read the original Jurassic Park book shortly after it came out when stuck on a train on a business trip. The film was an OK transfer to the big screen, but the subsequent episodes left me rather disappointed. By all accounts this latest episode is a return to form
DeleteIt’s back to the dino as stars
DeleteI liked the first in the franchise. Did not like the second and stopped there. I’ve heard good things about this one. AND I wouldn’t mind seeing Garcia Rulfo in [sexy] shorts. But I also still find dinosaurs fascinating.
ReplyDeleteGo for his legs alone xx
DeleteDo you get the tv show ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ in Britain? You’ll see lots more of Garcia Rulfo X
ReplyDeleteI’m trying to find it
DeleteOh! I see they are filming season 4 right now. I had no clue!
DeleteThe Lincoln Lawyer is brilliant - it's on Sky Atlantic. Bel Ami
DeleteHave a look at the Tetrapod footprints on Valentia Island the next time your in Kenmare John. They are awesome.
ReplyDeleteReally. .? Please tell me more
DeleteMy granddaughters were amazed by the fossilized dinosaur tracks on the Isle of Wight.
DeleteI’m intrigued
DeleteI loved Jurassic Park but it's there I ended watching. The followers were not up to par. Not sure if we will get this here I'm not much of a movie buff these days and will probably wait till it gets to netflix.
ReplyDeleteI guess it’s overdone a little
DeleteScarlett’s a hot gal, so I like what you’ve said about her
ReplyDeleteLee
She’s rather good to be fair
DeleteOh dear, will he ever stop lusting?
ReplyDeleteNever!
DeleteI'll keep your recommendation in mind, but I feel less and less sorry for the humans being chased around by these dinosaurs. After all, they keep going to where they are, not the other way around (except for the first movie, and even then, they got where they are by being cloned by humans.)
ReplyDeleteStill a lusty teenager at heart.
ReplyDeleteYeap
DeleteI've only ever watched the first film, maybe I need to give this one a go, if it is as good as you say it is.
