Wild Flowers

The Trelawnyd Community Association planted a strip of land by the community orchard with wild flowers a while back.

I took a look at it today in the drab weather

It looks lovely

And if you have a novelty veg or fruit photo please send it to jgsheffield@icloud.com

  2. Looking good and I bet the local pollinators are enjoying the meadow flowers. Something ate all my cornflower seedlings. Not a happy bunny! 😡 xx

  3. Is that meant to be Trump? It is not orange enough and its face is too good-looking for him.

  4. I hope the pollinators are crowding in to that land. Great idea.

The TCA's wildflowers are lovely. As Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote long ago: "The earth laughs in flowers."
The oranges look far too benign to be His Evilness.

    Hugs!

The whole idea of planting pollinators without having to mow is fantastic.

Today I would love to have your drab weather. We are under a heat dome, yesterday it hit 36C and it is very humid. Seems like today will be the same. This is the third day of it and I am getting cranky. My air conditioner is only removing humidity but not cooling so my indoor temps are about 86F. Love the oranges but not the subject mater. The wild flower meadow is so pretty. Not long till Madrid, lucky you. Gigi

This has to be the definition of a short and sweet - but very varied! - post. The wild flowers are always beautiful, and a boon to the insects. And as seasons change the more they will drop seeds and the more beautiful flowers there will be. Encouraging and heart warming thought.
