Treats

I thought I’d share Kelda’s latest village based video
It shows Trelawnyd in its full winter’s if brief best.
Last night I met up with Gorgeous Dave and we went for a meal at the Erskine hotel in Conway. (another treat). We sat and talked for two and a half hours and had some lovely food.
After Uni today, I’m meeting my family for dinner at the Dinorban Arms which is treat two this week.
Tomorrow is treat three with an early doors meet with Chic Eleanor.

I’ve  bought her a metal wren for Christmas .

  1. Sounds like a sweet week. You're a very lucky person. I love the too-brief video and the music. She has such a warm smile and immediately likeable face.

  2. Make sure you get scrubbed up, tuck your shirt in and spray some "Lynx Africa" all over your corporal temple before the date with Chic Eleanor.

  13. I went to see “Godzilla Minus One” on your rec—loved it! A classic monster movie …with a modern understanding of humans (the hero’s PTSD).
Someone had asked previously—“Minus One” is meant to refer to Japan being at its lowest point (zero)— betrayed and demoralized.
But they rally, as (we hope) we can too…

You have a lovely week coming up. If that is winter you can send some over here. We had a dusting of snow and minus two degrees this morning, just a taste of whats to come. Yuk. Also don’t know what early doors mean? Gigi

    1. Early doors is the time people go to the pub early in the day . Anything from late afternoon to say seven pm.
Early doors people are on the way home when most pub goers are off out

It’s also the title of a lovely sit com from 2003
An ensemble piece set in a Manchester pub
