Hangover

Unexpected boozy nights are the best
I have the first bad hangover than I’ve had  in absolute ages.
A product of the velvet voiced Linda’s unsteady pouring hand and bitter lemon and limes which disguised a cocktail that could floor an average sized bison
I drank four of them

Roger and I are off to the beach and will stand in the wind
With our faces to the sea

Lots of water, a salty meal, and a good long nap should fix you up!

Did John say he'd had half a bottle of gin? He must have deleted that after you'd read it.

Delighted you enjoyed a good ole blowout. They are necessary at times. The beach sounds great to cool the head. Noreen

How nice to have a delightful night with friends and I know fresh air is good for hangovers. I'm not sure about sunlight glinting off the sea as that bright light might be unpleasant for your eyes.
    Be good to you!

    Hugs!

  16. One sure way to cure a hangover is to have some hair of the dog. And I don't mean Roger's. :D

  18. I didn't realise that bisons drank cocktails. I thought they were all beer drinkers. Certainly the bisons that visit my local only drink beer and an occasional whisky.
