Pottery

I had planned to go to the cinema today for a retry at watching The Last Duel
I was pissed off because no where is now showing it.
I returned to the pottery studio instead.
It was my first time back and it will be nice to get to plan and construct my ceramic chess set again.

I bought this vase / bowl too.
I liked it’s robust proportions

  1. I wouldn't worry too much about the Last Duel. I would aim for Dune now if I were you. A week in cinema is a long time! I don't what excited me about the Last Duel that day but now it sort of pales into insignificance! I love the bowl.

Lovely bowl! Might you aspire to making bowls, mugs, and such when the chess set is finished?
I really liked the first Dune movie so wonder how the new one compares.
    Happy Monday!

    Hugs!

  4. Oooh, I love that bowl. What are you going to use it for, or is it just to sit there, looking gorgeous? Did you ever watch the Great Pottery Throwdown? I loved it, and Keith Brymer Jones getting emotional. xx

  10. Beautiful vase/bowl. I've a (very) small collection of handmade pottery, as well as a few wood carved vases. They add warmth to a home I think. --Elise
