Bloody hell! I was pinged by Track and Trace this afternoon ?..
Seeing that I’ve had my jabs ( though not long after my booster) I don’t have to social isolate but the call line operator told me I shouldn’t go to the theatre tonight. Tomorrow I need a test.
Bloody irritating
I’ve deleted the app
That’s the bad news
The good news is more delightful
The lovely Hattie messaged me today.
A couple of days ago she had her baby, a beautiful bouncing and rather late baby girl called Freya Mary
Mum, Dad and baby are all doing well
I hope the baby was named after my.Mary xx
ReplyDeleteLol she wasn’t but it’s a nice story xx
DeleteCongratulations to Hattie and her partner.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame you've been pinged and have to miss the theatre. I bet your test comes back negative, too. I'm glad I don't have a smart phone! xx
What beautiful big eyes. I bet you can't wait for a cuddle. xx
DeleteCongratulations to Hattie and family! That is wonderful news!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about the Track and Trace call. That's a shame. I am very glad you've had your shots!
Thank you for adding the picture of Freya Mary! She is beautiful and she looks so bright and alert!
DeleteCongratulations to Mary and family
ReplyDeleteIt’s lovely positive news
DeleteNot even through my morning coffee and realized THAT was done all wrong. Congratulations, Hattie and family. PS glad I came back...Freya is gorgeous!
DeleteWhat a lovely little bundle!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Hattie and family. Wonderful news!
ReplyDeleteSweet baby, glad everyone is well. I don't blame you for deleting, I never downloaded.
ReplyDeleteFreya Mary is a beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl!
ReplyDeleteSince I don't do the app thing, and my phone is (smartly) off most of the time, it's one worry avoided. There are a few benefits to being somewhat old fashioned. --Elise
Congratulations to Hattie on her baby girl. Freya Mary is adorable. That is disappointing to miss out on the theater. Now you wait for the test results. Never a dull moment!
ReplyDeleteFreya Mary looks a little beauty, bright eyes and very alert. Congratulations to Hattie and her spouse they did a good job!
ReplyDeleteSorry you got pinged but better to be safe than sorry I think.

Welcome, beautiful little Freya Mary! Congrats to her proud Mom and family!
ReplyDeleteHattie looks like she will be a wonderful mother-I wish her and her family every happiness x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Jackolantern. I love how they glow.
ReplyDeleteBaby Freya Mary is adorable, so pretty and alert.
Too bad you got pinged. It all seems a bit , well, desperate? hopeless? as just yesterday you were in a theater seeing the Bond film w/ presumably many possible maskless people. Let's hope your booster vaxx worked and al that happens is you must stay home? a few days.
hugs
lizzy
I had to look up the pronunciation, was surprised it is Fray-uh. I thought Free-uh or Fry-uh. Have never heard the name spoken. It's quite lovely, isn't it.
DeleteHer Freya Mary and your Mary are both exquisite.
ReplyDeleteps-I've heard of a few being pinged but I don't think I've got anything that could do that on my phone-worringly though when I went to the shop several were coughing and not many wearing masks-I had to ask for the manager in the supermarket as the hand gel was stinky and the sanitizing station was dirty x
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Hattie and her family so happy for them, what a beautiful baby and lovely name !!!
ReplyDeleteWhat sweet photos of Hattie and Mary and of sweet baby Freya Mary! Congratulations to Hattie and the family from me in Virginia!!
ReplyDeleteTa for sharing the pictures, John!
Hugs!
Freya Mary, Hattie, and your Mary are all beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you were pinged. I live in the land of spotty cell service, so if they need to tell me anything of importance, the landline is really the best way.
Mother and baby both look adorable. Please forward my best wishes.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Hattie and family on their beautiful new baby.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the birth of that beautiful little girl!!! Freya is such a pretty name, its there a story behind that or family name? Love it.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the track and trace thing, I don't know what that is? Is it something that lets you know you had an exposure somewhere?
Oh, what a nuisance -particularly as you're thoroughly jabbed. Here we are required to use the Covid app everywhere, because not everyone is double jabbed yet. The area where I live is above 95% double jabbed so we're pretty safe.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Hattie and family. I love the name Freya, I taught a Freya and she was a fabulous, spunky girl who overcame huge odds to become a competent reader and writer and I had huge admiration for her courage - may this little one have those same qualities, and hopefully not the same obstacles to overcome. Lovely photos.
That is one truly beautiful baby!
ReplyDeleteI’ve heard from friends that Track and Trace has been a fiasco.
Congrats to Hattie and family. Our first grandchild is Freya. She looks beautiful. A pain about getting pinged.
ReplyDeleteLovely news and something to celebrate. Jean
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Hattie and partner. What a beautiful baby.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Marys!
ReplyDeleteSorry you have been pinged, but a good system really.
An interesting fact though...the lat flow tests can be positive to a group of viruses. Only the PCR does the Covid 19 alone.
What a gorgeous babe. Clever Hattie!
ReplyDeleteLovely little girl! And I love her name! No such thing here in the states as track and trace (that I know of) for if there were, good Lord the uproar that would ensue. I imagine it's coming, though. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI would delete the app too. I have had my three shots, now leave me alone. Is my opinion.
ReplyDeleteWonderful news about Freya Mary. May she grow strong, healthy and wise. Best wishes to Hattie and her family.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful baby, and such wise eyes!
ReplyDeleteI consider myself to be a connoisseur of fine looking babies and that is one of the finest I've ever seen. Welcome, Freya Mary! A beauty like her mother.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful baby, such huge eyes.
ReplyDeletegorgeous baby, lovely eyes and a dear little chin xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful baby! She's got a wonderful little Cupid's Bow!
ReplyDeleteLove to the brand new family! X
incredibly alert looking newborn. They are usually snoring their heads off on the end of a boob or bottle
ReplyDeleteWhy have you deleted the app? Because you don't want anything to spoil your enjoyment of life such as going to the theatre? Would you rather spread the virus around to vulnerable people?
ReplyDeleteEither show who you are or shut you gob. Spiteful envious little troll.
