A Kiss

I will leave you today with these rather sweet videos. The cute barber asked his customers to turn their heads to presumably sniff his aftershave . As they turn he kisses each one and the reaction from them
Is priceless and rather charming

Charming? Assault rather (and probably a selective choice of reactions).

    1. Oh dear …of course it was selective…
And perhaps says something about male intimacy

  2. Crikey! If I did that to anyone - man, woman, client - I would indeed expect to be reported to the police and my employer for sexual assault. Heck, colleagues of mine have been seriously disciplined merely for calling a female "darling" (even though the coffee-serving ladies at a workplace call me "doll" or "sweetheart" quite often). Dangerous times these, and I certainly would not welcome anyone's uninvited slobber on my head (from man or woman).

You have to wonder how recently these videos were made, given the dangers of covid and its variants.
Oh, for a time to come again when kisses are lovely, rather than potentially dangerous.

    Hugs!

I assume this is a gay barbers shop otherwise he would be risking a thump in the face.

  6. To me it looked innocent as kissing a little baby and the men responded delighted giggling x

  7. I'm glad all the reactions were positive. I was half expecting someone to storm off, swearing! (Or worse)

You think you were shown all the responses?

If I did that in my workplace I would be dismissed instantly, at the very least.

It is simply the truth. No question. I would be sacked. You may think my workplace should lighten up, but certainly not me. I would be dismissed. And I know for a fact the police have been called for similar incidents. Again, you may say the police, or the law, should lighten up, or those who call them in, usually females, but not me. Sounds like you may not be very aware of the realities of modern life.

  11. A risky proposition to kiss without consent and hope for the best, no matter how innocent the gesture.

  12. So spooky....had just decided to post something soon about kisses...and fired up the computer to see this! x

  13. It all seemed innocent enough. That said, in this world of ours it could be taken offensively. Possibly this barber knew the guys he was going to sneak a kiss and knew there would be no problem. The videos made me smile.

  14. I think it's sweet, and the barber is adorable, and if he kissed my head after a haircut, I'd smile, too!

  15. That could catch on!

  19. Hi John, I have only just seen this video, which really made me smile! I can just imagine my nephews doing something like this, they are both straight, but full of mischief with lots of great mates, always up for a laugh. Thanks for that.1😚
