I’ve slept a lot of the day , apart from walking the girls twice and collecting wild flowers from my field.
Years ago I made sure there was a wild border of flowers amidst the animals and without the chickens they have eventually flourished
I collected flowers today before venturing off to Chester for cinema and supper.
The wildflowers are very pretty.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice time at the cinema and supper.

My kind of bouquet. Lovely! Enjoy the cinema and meal. xx
ReplyDeleteA wildflower bouquet is cheerful, lovely and uplifting. Beauty!
ReplyDeleteIt would be difficult to buy as beautiful a bouquet...the hedgerows are gorgeous this year.
ReplyDeleteWe have a strip of wild flowers on our allotment plot and I pick similar displays. Always lovely. Enjoy the cinema and supper.
ReplyDeleteThey look really good
ReplyDeleteI like that you have made a safe place for wildflowers, and now they are rewarding you with their beauty. The bees and butterflies appreciate the wild corners too.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely wildflower arrangements! It was brilliant of you to plant the wildflowers so long ago as they lure bees and butterflies, shelter wee creatures, decorate the landscape for passersby, and are ready for cheerful arrangements for your tables. That is a lot of bang for your buck!
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnd did the chickens peck on the flowers? Scoundrels!
XOXO
Gorgeous flowers! Hope you have a great evening
ReplyDeleteWow! Those are really lovely, John!

You could wear a wildflower on your person John x
ReplyDeleteThose wild flowers are a joy to behold John. Enjoy the cinema.
ReplyDeleteThe wild flowers look so lovely. June has done you such a kindness.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. I'd rather a bouquet like that than a florist's arrangement of hothouse flowers.
ReplyDeleteSounds delightful
ReplyDeleteA field of wildflowers gently swaying in the breeze is always very special. Your bouquets are lovely showing a wide variety of wildflowers and a very successful planting.
ReplyDeleteSo lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have made sure there are wild flowers in a jug on our outdoor table; not as varied as yours though!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers. You have inspired me to plant wild flower seeds for next year.
ReplyDeletelovely yes
ReplyDeleteI recognize many of those flowers -- we have the campion and buttercups in our own garden.
ReplyDeleteI love love love wild flowers, I treasure them over all others except maybe blue bells and lily of the valley. Beautiful in garden and in the house.
