I've walked over 35 thousand steps in three days, subsequently I slept like a log in my lovely hotel bed.
Keeping up the health thing I've just had a nice walk from Covent Garden through Bloomsbury and have just had scrambled eggs on ONE toast at the Tropea Cafe in Russell Square.
my next stop is Euston and home.
But I will sit here in the sun, sip my coffee and watch the dogs play in the park a little while longer
Sounds lovely.
ReplyDeleteBloomsbury is a beautiful part of London. What a lovely morning.

DeleteThere are certain people who know how to draw one in to share stories of their happy times - you have done this with your story of your London weekend dear John. Although I don't know your friends, I feel like I do, and I would enjoy them just as you have done! You really earned this time away from work, the village etc. SO very glad it all was such fun.
ReplyDeleteHugs - Mary x
