Don't you just love that the wild goats can wander hither and thither as if humans, cars, and buildings don't matter much at all? Looking up at the stars gives me the same thought: we are so insignificant - but so important to each other.
Where I live in spring and fall they herd sheep by my place. Literally just outside my bedroom window. I have watched many herds of sheep going by in the early morning while drinking coffee. Your goats are fantastic! I wouldn't mind some goats around.
This must be incredible to see in person. I hope they quickly adjust to reality and stay safe when things get busy again. And that stuffed toy is a great idea.
Are the goats aggressive if you need to walk past? We often moor by a field of heifers, many people are scared of them but although they will run towards people they are only curious.
I would so love to see this in person, but I guess as lockdown ends and humans reclaim the streets, they'll be off. Our street is so quiet, lockdown or not, that late at night you can hear the click of fox claws as they stroll up the tarmac.
They do look as though they own the place!
