Sorting

A nice moment of total control in this uncertain world
No covid
Blogger playing up
No rules
No work
No people with their mouths open like naked baby birds
It’s Raining hard outside
And I am ordering my kitchen cabinets
One by one

Bliss

    2. "Thick" as in "wide"? :)?

    3. Not me. I love seeing what's in people's cupboards. Also what's in their fridges, and what's stuck to their fridges with magnets. -Kate

    4. Apologies sue, it does sound incredibly boring
But I never claimed to be interesting 24/7

    5. I LOVE seeing the inside of peoples cupboards.

It's like walking along the road at dusk when people have their house lights on but their curtains still open, and you can surreptitiously peep inside as you pass.

Snippets of other lives are fascinating.

What a perfect and satisfying day plan for a very rainy day! Do you have music playing or are you just listening to the sounds of rain and snoozing dogs? I assume that Albert is a very quiet sleeper but I could be mistaken.

    Hugs!

  19. I love the rain and the dogs seem to enjoy snoozing after their busy morning.I don't feel lazy that I should be outside gardening as it's raining here too but refuse to look inside my cupboards-check and recheck your measurements John-it would be very irritating to get it wrong x

Anyway the neat shelves would give me the heebie jeebies, I'm glad I have quilting and blogging and walking to do instead.

  23. One of the best things about morning on a day off is doing exactly what one pleases. I'm having a slow one, myself. Past 11 and still in my housecoat. Tsk. (Not really. Who's the boss of me? ME!). Love to you. -Kate

  26. Organizing kitchen cabinets is a job well done. The surprise finds and out of date items fill the trash bucket quickly. A fresh start, with newly realized space, will be good.
