What ingredients did you use? I've made them with the commercial wrapping available in stores, and filled them them with chopped pork and shrimp, with a bit of green onion.

At my people's house in Shropshire, we had some perpetual sweet peas; they just popped up every year. Is that what yours are? I really wish I'd kept some seeds.
Your dumplings look plumptious ( ooooer missus ! ) They look so professional . Cro mentioned the perennial sweet pea .... we have one but they are nothing like the annual which is what yours is I think. Annual sweet peas are one of my favourite flowers and their perfume is wonderful. Perennial sweet peas have no perfume but do look pretty.( as I’m sure you know ) XXXX
I've never really fancied dumplings in broth, I am strange about textures in foods and I can't get over the thought of soggy 'pastry' with a filling. A pasty and a bowl of soup independent of each other ... now that's a different matter ;-)
