Counting Butterflies

Last night the Royal Opera House streamed the ballet Romeo And Juliet
I missed it
I had my third date with the same guy
He is an emotionally intelligent soul with a gift of the gab
He stayed over and enjoyed counting bufferfly species on the buddleia  in the front garden this morning over coffee
Gossip will be rife in this part of the village!
Tee hee

I'll catch up with the Ballet tonight on line
I so miss going in person

  15. So pleased for you.

You may recall I posted about my own enforced singleton status at age 55 and how I was in such a dark place until I met the lovely lady who is now my wife who brought the sunshine back into my life.

I hope everything works out as well for you.

  16. John that is one of your roles in the village to provide a bit of gossip. The farmer and I played that role for eighteen months before we married - it felt very risque and I loved it. Don't think the farmer ever gave it a thought and he was a local.

  17. I hope the village knows you as being the 'discerning' type, otherwise if they're aware of all these dates you're having you just might come over as being 'easy', even 'fast' - and you wouldn't want that reputation now, would you? ;-)

flis perhaps you're not aware of the Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. Yes we can be in a 'bubble' but it's still whilst social distancing, not even giving anyone a hug. But I'm sure John is well aware of the guidelines and adhering to them!

I'm happy for you John, the 3rd date with the same guy is good progress and bodes well.
