Breakfast

When I'm working I'm up before 5.30 am
Automatic pilot
Without remembering I make my bucket of coffee and eggs, avocado on sourdough
I Bake my own sourdough.

I can't blog properly in the early mornings.
I drive with the windows open until I reach the A55
By the time I get to work at 7.25 I can almost smile

  1. Nice! I managed a sourdough starter for about 3 years until it met its end. :(

  2. Home-baked sourdough sounds blissful.
I am an early riser (well before five most days) but fortunately (for them and me) don't usually have to talk to anyone else for some hours.
    Take care of yourself.

  12. The breakfast of champions (oh that might be too American of a reference.) Looks good, I don't really understand avocados.

  13. You were getting up as I was starting work this morning. The joys of the NHS! Hope your day was a good one.

  14. This almost sounds like a warning not to talk to you until you reach work. At least the 55 should be relatively quiet at that time :-)

  15. That is a good solid breakfast to hold you until lunchtime, no snack needed!

Sounds like you have a bit of a daily drive. Makes for an early morning.

Hubs had quadruple bypass heart surgery 5 months ago so i think about those things.. The eggs look delish but i'll pass on the avocado and sourdough... never been a fan of those.. I'm usually up at 6am and at work by 9 but i work only about 6 miles down the road.. take care! deb

  20. Good on you for baking your own bread. But I wonder how the eggs mix with that avocado.

  21. That breakfast looks so good that I can hardly stand it, I am consumed by jealousy- and that you even have home made sourdough!!!
You maybe should consider staying home and running an exclusive, small B and B. There are enough of us follower to keep you busy for years!

  26. Find a niche that uses your unique talents to make the money online. Are you good at writing? Promote your skills as a good content writer. Are you a talented graphic designer? You can get hired to work on the designs of people's sites. Introspection is a good thing to hold onto during this time.
