  7. I must be an over achiever, breathe, yes and sat in the autumn sun with the cat who only breathes when he hears a can opener.

  8. It was hot here, so I mowed, and mowed, and mowed some more. Plenty of time for breathing.

I think John Lennon said just being and breathing is enough. Wise words

Be gentle with your breathing, and wait for the sun to rise again. Hugs John.

  22. Some days, it's important to simply be grateful for that. I once bought Jerry a post-it note pad entitled: "Things to Do Today." There were two items on the check-boxed list. 1. Breathe in. 2. Breathe out.

  26. The CO2 receptors in your brain agree, as do the diaphragm, intercostal and secondary muscles of respiration.

    1. It's also interesting to note that the CO2 receptors can get 'burned out' by continually high levels of PaCO2, and the brain turns to O2 receptors to stimulate breathing. This occurs in COPD mostly.

  27. Great advice! Since I don't have your email I'll ask you here. Would you consider letting me reprint on my blog one of your earlier posts which affected me personally? Of course I'd give you proper credit and links. Hit me up at tomsightings@gmail and we can discuss further? Many thanks!
