"There Must Be a Pony"! Would have been around 1981 when I read it and the warm memory of the pleasant experience hasn't left me yet. Must put a re-read on my 'Things Must Do' list before it's too late.
The only thing I can think of to possibly beat the lovely naked girl with the flag is for me to get my bare arse on show with head covered by a Scottish Saltire and send the image to custompostcards.com then on to you. Am pondering the idea...
Well I hunted high and low this morning for a spiffing postcard, what I ended up with is anything but! However, at least I can play the game. Winging it's way to you as soon as I can get a stamp.
Wow! They were quick and a great mix already. I am posting mine tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteLook at that. My card is addressed and ready to go as I leave for work. I will have to see if I can find more art.
ReplyDeleteI better get on this today. I am looking forward to the entries.

ReplyDeleteMy card is ready to go.
ReplyDeleteJohn what great fun. And your lucky postman/lady who gets to read each one. Still looking. Carol
ReplyDeleteI must get on this, soon.
ReplyDeleteLove the third one! The girl with the flag gets second place 😎.
ReplyDeleteI’m senin*mine today. It should get to you by June. 😆
XoXo
Great variety already! Mine is en route but is certainly ho-hum by comparison to these. Looking forward to seeing more as they arrive.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun!
Hugs!
Can we also have a picture of the postman after he has delivered all these cards? And maybe he gets a token of our appreciation?

ReplyDeleteChrist Almighty! PLEASE do not go through with that nauseous notion Andrew! Some of us have delicate constitutions.
DeleteYou are just encouraging me...
DeleteThis is a great idea to cheer yourself up as well as all the folks who participate and the postman!!
ReplyDeleteThat was quick! I bet a few of us could 'guess the sender!' :)
ReplyDeleteBoy, some people don't waste a minute!
ReplyDeleteCheeky!
ReplyDeleteOn dear John - such a conservative area here (note the small c) that there will not be a cheeky one to be had.
ReplyDeleteI'll mail mine tomorrow. I wonder how long it will take from the US?
ReplyDeletePosting mine from the US.. wait for me!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't hold your breath for the snail mail from Australia. February is my best guess.
ReplyDeleteI often have post from friends in Oz , it comes quite quickly
