Update
We have just returned from the vets after a check up.
Blind eye ok, one tooth lost, very sore all over.
Treatment rest, painkillers, 8 mini cocktail sausages
Hey ho
I'm off to bed for a sleep
Oh John ...... it never rains but it pours ..... poor old William but lucky old William to have you & cocktail squashidges !! Take care all of you .... snuggle up and rest and recuperate. XXXX
Well, might have been a lot, lot worse, so let's be grateful that it wasn't. Still, it's clearly shaken both of you and we all wish the two of you some profitable recuperation time. Go well both.
Good to hear Williams injuries are minimal... poor ole fellow losing a tooth. He is in good hands with his own personal nurse and looks like he knows it... lovely pic.
So glad to hear William and you are relatively ok. I'd be in bits if anything happened to our lovely Betty. It must feel like one thing after another at the mo, John. Hugs xx
Great news! I expect he is loving all the attention and sausages. If I were him, I would keep on playing that poor me card! 😢 Hope he's back to his old self soon and the soreness goes away!
Oh, poor little thing, and William too! So glad he's okay. Rest, pain killers and sausages, huh? When he's all better, make sure he doesn't pull any "car accident" scams to get a repeat, like those insurance fraud people :)
He looks adorable wrapped up lovingly. I am glad and relieved William is doing better. Here's to wishing him a swift recovery. Glad you got some rest, too, John.
I missed the post about sweet William's traumatic accident so went back and read it. Bless his sweet heart and all his parts. Am so very, very, very glad it wasn't worse.
Big hugs for you, John, and gentle ones for William.
So happy that William is doing OK, poor sweetie. Must have been very frightening for him and you both not to mention the driver. William is in the best possible hands. XXXXX
I don't often comment on your posts John, although I'm a regular reader. Sorry to read about all your troubles, wish I could help but I don't live near you. Sending you all my best wishes anyway and so happy ole William is on the mend. Hope you are too soon.
He looks so adorable laid there and I am sure he is already relishing the next meal of cocktail sausages John. So glad all is well with him more or less - you could have done without this but it could have been a lot worse. xx
So glad he is alright. I'd have had a heart attack. Wonderful you jumped in to action. My weenies are my kids and I have been worrying over their diarrhea. They eat nasty locusts and worms outside. When they are old, you worry more.
Glad The Boy has been checked over. I think he needs lots of cuddles and several days of mini cocktail sausages! Have a good sleep you deserve it. X
