Well I don't know about you but after the earlier post I am in need of a lifting of the heart.
Have a look at this video, it will do the trick.
To red light funding of the movie The Greatest Showman ,the studio big wigs got together with the cast and crew to run through some of the libretto. The proposed star of the show , Hugh Jackman had been told he could not sing at the event due to recent cancer surgery on his nose but in this moment captured on film, he couldn't stop himself taking over from his understudy and the result is pure magic
He is just amazing, no matter what !
ReplyDeleteNobody follows doctor's orders!
ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed that movie, and soundtrack. Not just because Hugh Jackman was in it.
ReplyDeleteOh my . . .
ReplyDeleteMAGIC
Simply magic . . .
I haven’t seen the movie . . .
I will be,
Love their excitement and the camaraderie among the cast. The chorus repeating "...home again" does gladden the heart, thank you, John.-Mary
ReplyDeleteLove it! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMr. Jackman is magic! Love what he does.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to see this. Need to see the film, but I bet the passion in this is greater.
ReplyDeleteThat was bliss x
ReplyDeleteLoved the film, and I love Hugh ... even occasionally with his big scissor hands ☺
ReplyDeleteThe guy is a genuine star
ReplyDeleteHe was fabulous and is a great talent. I thought that I read that he had basal cell carcinoma. I have had a few of those (most common) and no one told me that I couldn’t sing. Of course, no one would want me to sing.
ReplyDeleteJackman's sheer joy in singing! That was great. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Hugh...amazing talent and friggin hot. That movie is wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this video and the other one from the other day. I want to watch this movie now!
ReplyDeleteHe certainly gets into the swing of it.
ReplyDeleteHis enthusiasm and passion for his craft infused everyone.. great vision. Hugh is always 110% in everything he does.
ReplyDeleteThis is the best film ever. I went to see it the first time (seen it a few times since!) feeling a bit down and out and came out of the cinema with a grin from ear to ear, came home and immediately ordered the soundtrack on Amazon! I play it really loud in the car and sing along and I always feel better for it!! One downside though - once the songs are in your head its really hard to get them out again!! Thanks for sharing, hope it helps you too. x
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this film? Its Fab it has such an amazing feel good factor. I loved it.

Uplifting ! I saw the film for the second time this week and felt exhillerated. Read up all about the making of it including Hugh ' s cancer and not supposed to sing but I hadn't actually seen this clip ! What an amazing man he is X
ReplyDeleteHewgie always gives me a tingle 'down there'. Since I'm too old to be his hubby (even if he was available) I'm going to ask him to be my surrogate son - and too bad for anyone who cries "Incest!"
ReplyDeleteHubby and I loved the movie, but my 8 year old granddaughter couldn't get enough of it. She saw it two days in a row. Wonderful message and songs throughout.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, LOVE that man! I had come across that clip some weeks ago and sent it to my daughter, another huge fan. How wonderful to have the talent they all have, and what fun it would have been to be in that room! I have been fortunate enough to see Hugh on Broadway in three different plays, and it was always worth every cent :) What a lovely, sweet, and talented man...
ReplyDeleteI see your blog daily, it is crispy to study.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is very useful for me & i like so much...
Thanks for sharing the good information!
