    2. So would you if you'd never washed a dish or vacuumed a carpet or cleaned a toilet bowl ever in your life! Role Model??Gimme a break!!!

    3. Of course she has done all those things ... they lived in a small house on Anglesey while William was stationed there. Just the two of them with occasional visiting friends.

    4. With the very capable mother Kate has I doubt that there is any household task that she and her siblings have not been trained to do, and to do well. She was snapped doing a supermarket run just a few weeks ago!

    5. And it's oh so hard to grocery shop? LOL!

    6. It is when you're trying to 'fly under the radar' AND not forget what you went in for!!

Everyone's got a camera these days.

  4. New baby 5th in line. Might as well get on with his life. Find a career. Could take some tips on acting from Uncle Edward who used to be in show business.

    2. My daughter is a Mistress of the eye roll. I bought her a great print that says " Did I just roll my eyes out loud?". Makes me laugh every day!

  21. You’ve got to love a bit of Betty. Paul Henreid lighting her ciggie and rendering the immortal line, and that music...they don't make them like that anymore.

  22. So why were you at the vet's?

  24. You really have to be tough to be a Receptionist! LOL

  25. The face is one thing but ....did you strangle or shake anyone????

    ReplyDelete
  26. You don't see those beauty spots on the unblemished faces of actresses today. It makes for a great punctuation mark when flourished next to a sneer!

  27. I saw Ms Davis in the flesh when she did a national tour in theatres here of Q & A sessions (around 1976/7?). She was asked if there was any particular film role she regrets not having been offered to her, and she answered without hesitation - "Mame". Come to think of it, in the first clip above she could just as well be shaking the shit out of Lucille Ball!

  28. I'll say it, John: You've got Betty Davis Eyes!
