Espresso cocktails then dinner a little later
Chinatown tomorrow!
Better than Trelawnyd ?? I saw a person today ....
ReplyDeleteWere they eating bagels?
DeleteNo, they were beating an eagle
DeleteSome of my relatives by marriage were among the runners...
ReplyDeleteSuch a small world.
And you both seem to be having a lovely time.
The runners and spectators were awesome
DeleteMy husband wants to know where your husband gets his mustache wax! And yes, my spousal unit curls his ends every day.
ReplyDeleteWe have a funny story about that! The waiter at Grand Central' oyster bar suggested the best wax as he has a magnificent moustache ..it's murray's superior pomade ( $4.95)
DeleteWhat on earth is an espresso cocktail , sound like you are having a great time x
ReplyDeleteVodka , 2 shots expresso , Kahula syrup !
DeleteExpresso cocktails are to die for!!!!!!!! A nice autumn/ winter time treat.
Deleteenjoy every minute!
ReplyDeleteDid someone say Chinatown? My favorite place is this hole in the wall called the Dumpling House. I could eat there till I bust. Continue your swell time gents!
ReplyDeleteWhere is the dumpling house ? We shall go

DeleteLOL!!!! It's actually called the Excellent Dumpling House. It's in Chinatown, on Lafayette Street, I believe it's like 110 or 111. About a half block jaunt right off Canal Street. It's small and packed, but the turn over is quick. But with two people it's not usually a problem to get in. Their Steamed Roast Pork Buns are DE-LISH!
DeleteLooks like your having a ball and a few of my favourite cocktails.
ReplyDeleteWinnie sends kisses x
Hope she's behaving herself! Xxxx
DeleteHaving a blast in NYC, I see! Good on you guys!!
ReplyDeleteYou both are making the most of your trip. Enjoy China town.
ReplyDeleteFlat out magic. Wonderful.

ReplyDeleteYou two are having the *most* perfect visit! You have done a great job of planning each day, have fun!
ReplyDeleteHas witnessing the New York Marathon inspired you to enter next year's event? You will need running shoes, a red white and blue elasticated headband and a one-piece baby blue lurex running suit.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great day!
ReplyDeleteOh do stop it, anyone would think you were in the colonies.
ReplyDeleteI love that photo. You guys are having an awesome trip.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the Prof's 'tache could get some inspiration from that sported by Mr Branagh in the new 'Orient Express' (in my plans for the morrow).
ReplyDeleteOh, and don't forget some roller skates for when you visit the Guggenheim!
I had walnut and raisin bagel and cream cheese ever morning while in New York! I love your photo-bomb selfies. I hope the Prof allows you to survive the entire trip.
ReplyDeleteI am not jealous. I am not jealous.
ReplyDeleteSo awesome you two are having a wonderful time over here!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful day in the city.
ReplyDeleteI could probably fly home on an Espresso Cocktail . . .
