Looks like a scene from 'Love Story'. I went to see 'Cinderella' today. I never took the herione to have an upper class cut-glass accent and the Prince had a set of teeth that would have put Shergar to shame. Cate Blanchett acted them all off the screen, as is her wont, and she also must have had the lion's share of the costume budget - her clobber was to die for! All-in-all, it was very 'Branagh-ish' with the sumptiousness of what you might expect from Disney. Also, Helena Bonham-Carter was a dead ringer for Barbara Windsor as The Fairy Godmother. My six-year-old Granddaughter loved it though! Have a good week, Sir. x
Forgive me if I cannot follow Frugal by describing either of you as gorgeous (a bit too much potential for unwelcome slobber in there from at least one of you) but... it is a very fine photo of domestic peace harmony (until Chris returns).
that's animal cruelty - Hansel and Gretel is so bad I have been forced to watch a programme about Sasquatch for the sake of my 3 cats and the mouse that one of them has just brought home.
It looks very much like Winnie has the chair and you, John, are sitting on the floor ... oh, the things we do for our furry friends (or to take selfies) ...
I cannot bring myself to watch that movie. When Jeremy Renner was promoting it, I thought, "Seriously??? This guy won an OSCAR and he's making THIS???"
She loves you ~ great selfie!
ReplyDeleteOh that face, she is just gorgeous as are you!
ReplyDeleteDoes your forehead need glasses to watch TV ?
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
"Working away again"? Don't you mean playing away? So soon after the wedding and he a church warden too!
ReplyDeleteTut tut
Deleteputs a smile on MY face this afternoon!
ReplyDeletethat Winnie is a cutie......
ReplyDeleteWinnie seems to be enjoying the film!
ReplyDeleteIs that how the weightwatchers stuff works, you have to feed half to the dog? Dammit, that's where I've been going wrong!
ReplyDeleteNot the best film but it does have Gemma Arterton in a tight outfit. It was enough to persuade me to sit through it anyway....
ReplyDeleteIt was bollocks
DeleteYou both look blissed out.

ReplyDeleteLooks like Winnie thinks it's shit, too. Poor girl.
ReplyDeleteWell.... my husband and i enjoyed the movie very much. Not an over the top blockbuster but definitely not horrible... Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteNot a movie I am likely to see. Doesn't Winnie get a vote in choice of movies?
ReplyDeleteWinnie would choose "Lassie" or "A Hundred and One Dalmatians".
DeleteHummm she prefers French New Wave
DeleteDon't show her 'Marley and me'.
DeleteYou both look very bored.
ReplyDeleteThe film was shite
DeleteThe two of you look very comfortable
ReplyDeleteI love the pic, though Winnie looks less than impressed ... You know the saying dogs about and their owners?..... just saying!
ReplyDeleteJo in Auckland, NZ
She prefers Woody Allen
DeleteI love that photo. Winnie looks adorable as always and I love how she is cuddled up to you. Life is good .....
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet buddy pic!
ReplyDeleteYou both look equally enthralled.
ReplyDeleteYou make it sound like watching inferior films is an obligation, a practice which Winnie is catching.
ReplyDeleteTwins, only their Mother could tell them apart........xxx
ReplyDeleteYou make a lovely 'loved up couple' ... you're obviously just trying to make Chris jealous ;-)
ReplyDeleteI have a friend whose dog loves the weather channel.
