Drifting

Fellow flower Show Committee member Hannah ( she of the Woolley hat) has just sent me this photo of herself ( or her better half, its difficult to tell) from Trelawnyd's sister village of Llanasa
Hey ho!

  4. That's a lot of snow!!!!

I am extremely grateful our climate is mild enough that we panic when the snow is measured in inches.

  9. We too, to be slammed tonight with 8 inches of snow. I have numerous farm animals to bed down and keep warm thru what we hope is the last of winter. Times like this I wish for the fireplaces you all are smart enough to keep in your homes. Stay warm John

  12. Egads...
It was bad enough when I thought it to be a pic of Hannah (shorter) vs Adam (6 ft)

  13. It looks even worse than ours here John - eight inches and still snowing a bit as I write. Dogs hate it as their legs are not long enough.

  18. Sodding snow, I've just returned home (Midlands) from "your" hospital in Bangor . . . I sat with my Dad there for his last few days on Tegid Ward. He passed away Thursday night so I just made it home before the big snow. I'll be back there (weather permitting) on Wednesday. I must say we were more than satisfied with the level of care and communication. And kindness. It made all the difference.

  19. Ah yes, a fitting photo of the Welsh spring, rather like the English spring. It's so bad here that even Penny the Jack Russell dog has stopped bothering with her snow-ploughing duties.

Snow, everywhere. If you get my drift.

Stay warm, soon be um summer, the warmer part of the British winter.
