Broadband down!

Still no Internet....

we couldn't book lunch out cos we couldn't find the telephone number
We couldn't find out what was on at the cinema.....and I've had to "touch base" with the blog at my sister's house (albeit briefly)
speak soon!!!- a little man is coming out tomorrow ( between 1 and 6pm)
Then all should be right with the world

  4. It's awful when the internet is down. Mine was out briefly yesterday and I felt quite isolated and abandoned. How quickly we have become dependent on it. Thank goodness it's back up this morning. I hope your little man gets yours fixed asap.

  8. I feel like an Italian with his hands cut off when I lose access to the internet - it appears to be a 'social necessity. Last time it happened i had to spend time talking to the neighbours as a poor substitute. LOL!

  9. JOHN > It is so bizarre how quickly most people have integrated the Internet within their lives. I can appreciate how you would have been feeling a bit lost without it. Do you think it might all be a massive CIA plot?

  12. Why is it always a 'little man' who's coming out - actually there could be a double meaning in that, which wasn't what I meant at all...

  14. It really is extremely annoying, isn't it! Hope you get reconnected without any problems :-)

We kept getting bizarre little electricity supply blips yesterday lunchtime ~ the power to the sockets went but the lights stayed on, which I didn't understand to be honest LOL Anyhoo, after about the fifth time I gave up what I was trying to do on the computer and went off for a sulk ;-D
