Sometimes you come across a little gem of a photo on the internet. I found this moving image of Firemen saving a statue of the Madonna at Paganica Church, L'aquila after the recent earthquake....It's a wonderful study
This is one of those pictures that in time to come whenever you remember the tragedy of the terrible Italian earthquake,this image will come into your mind. Whenever I am reminded of those awful Australian fires I am reminded of the picture of the fireman giving water to a koala bear. Hope you can shake your cold off. Jayne xx
