I am always proud of Roger, several times now he has been used to socialise overactive puppies.
Through good humour and mirroring ( and a gentle telling off) he has calmed many young dog down
This is him with Rory my sister’s new pup. Good natured and friendly
It’s Sunday and we all need some lisping choir to blow Darragh away;their children’s version of Carmina Burana is quite delightful.
What fun...on both counts.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how much the guy could earn if he had a better command of English?
DeleteFun to watch young dogs frolic.
ReplyDeleteLightens the heart
DeleteThat is delightful! I can see why you enjoy following them.
ReplyDeleteRoger has such a sweet nature and plays so well with a boisterous puppy. He probably enjoys it too as Mary maybe doesn't feel like running around so much now.
She’s fading and would not tolerate bad behaviour
DeleteRory just won't take 'no' for an answer, will he? He'll learn, maybe the hard way!
ReplyDeleteBtw: JayGee - I missed your recent 'general' Xmas wishes posting, so may I cheat a little by belatedly taking this oppo to wish you and ALL your 'family' only the very best for the coming season, and a lorra lorra good fortune and fun for 2025. Sent with all my love and more. XXXX.
And greetings to you dear Raymondo
DeleteRoger will take so much then will put the little fella in his place
'Ta', JayGee.
DeleteDarling Roger, not a bad bone in his little body!
ReplyDeleteThe lisping choir does it again! They all look like they're having so much fun, and I wonder where you get those hippo things! xx
It moved me greatly just how much everyone enjoyed the silliness of it
DeleteIt's great to see Roger behaving so well with the rambunctious puppy. He is a patient soul.
ReplyDeleteYes, he’s a gentleman
DeleteIt's a sweet scene.
ReplyDelete🐕🎅🏼☃️
DeleteNice to see Roger being playful too...still a bit of the puppy there
ReplyDeleteThat’s the dim nature
DeleteCarmina Burana is the best I’ve ever seen. I want it all! So wonderful to see Roger with the puppy.
ReplyDeleteTheir commitment made me tear up
DeleteWhat a good-natured dog
ReplyDeleteRoger is,you are rightfully
proud of him,Mary
Thank you; that was just what I needed! x
ReplyDeleteSweet x
DeleteI don't think Roger could capture more of my heart.
ReplyDeleteHe surprises me every day
DeleteRoger is just so lovable. Gigi
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun piece of music I had a laugh. Gigi
ReplyDeleteOld dogs are cool, chill, sweet.
ReplyDeletePlayful animals bring such charm and life to a home! And that children's version of Carmina Burana -- wow! so fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm always surprised at how small Roger and the other Welsh are - somehow my persistent mental image is more Airedale size. And then Rory is really tiny. Thanks for sharing their fun.
ReplyDeleteCeci
They are so cute together.
ReplyDeleteThat was me above. I have a new computer and am having a few teething problems.
ReplyDeleteAww, Roger such a lovely boy in every way. Speaking of being proud of our dogs, I was really proud of Mavis last week. She comes to my Mum's care home to visit with us each time and loves it there. The other day we were in the lounge with Mum waiting for her choir/singalong time to start and one by one as all the other residents came in Mavis greeted them. A gentleman with his wife in a wheelchair asked if Mavis could come over and sit on his wife's lap, of course I said yes. I lifted her up and she snuggled into the lady, she (Mavis) went to give her a doggy kiss, and as if knowing that in this instance, as the lady couldn't move, it might not be a good idea pulled back at the last minute. No wonder she's so popular there.
ReplyDeleteOh sweet xx
DeleteRoger looked as overactive as the pup, if not more!
ReplyDeleteRoger is a good and patient teacher, but cute Rory will need further lessons!
ReplyDeleteDelightful music! I'm enjoying my 4 CD set of Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas music that's about 30 years old. Lovely harmonies and quirks.
Hugs!
My sister has already organised for roger therapy
DeleteSweet Roger. Calming Rory was Roger's job. Well done.
ReplyDeleteRoger is also a good playmate. He seems to love a good chase.
Delightful and happy videos... Roger & Rory and the wonderful lisping choir!!!
ReplyDeleteFun choir!
