Pride

I am always proud of Roger,  several times now he has been used to socialise overactive puppies.
Through good humour and mirroring ( and a gentle telling off) he has calmed many young dog down
This is him with Rory my sister’s new pup. Good natured and friendly

It’s Sunday and we all need some lisping choir to blow Darragh away;their children’s version of Carmina Burana is quite delightful.

That is delightful! I can see why you enjoy following them.

Roger has such a sweet nature and plays so well with a boisterous puppy. He probably enjoys it too as Mary maybe doesn't feel like running around so much now.

I'm always surprised at how small Roger and the other Welsh are - somehow my persistent mental image is more Airedale size. And then Rory is really tiny. Thanks for sharing their fun.

  20. Aww, Roger such a lovely boy in every way. Speaking of being proud of our dogs, I was really proud of Mavis last week. She comes to my Mum's care home to visit with us each time and loves it there. The other day we were in the lounge with Mum waiting for her choir/singalong time to start and one by one as all the other residents came in Mavis greeted them. A gentleman with his wife in a wheelchair asked if Mavis could come over and sit on his wife's lap, of course I said yes. I lifted her up and she snuggled into the lady, she (Mavis) went to give her a doggy kiss, and as if knowing that in this instance, as the lady couldn't move, it might not be a good idea pulled back at the last minute. No wonder she's so popular there.

Roger looked as overactive as the pup, if not more!

Roger is a good and patient teacher, but cute Rory will need further lessons!
Delightful music! I'm enjoying my 4 CD set of Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas music that's about 30 years old. Lovely harmonies and quirks.

    Hugs!
