Im surprised and a little upset. The government and local trust have treated the local hospices very badly We havent enough funding pallitative care doesnt either We have to get standards up here first
I think it will be a good thing when they get the finer details sorted. There aren't enough hospices and never will be for when someone comes to end of life, my relative had a horrible death because our local and other 2 nearest hospices were full. If assisted death had been available they would have chosen it. Palliative care in all areas leaves much to be desired.
Unexpected gifts are the loveliest! Hope you've had a restful sleep, and that Bun & Weaver snuggled close to you. As others have said, you are loved by many. Stay safe & well, John dear.
What a delightful, unexpected surprise to find the variety of festive decorations awaiting you! Some is back at their home smiling and hugging themselves because they're the one who left the gift. "It is better to give than to receive." Won't Weaver and Bun love those bells?!! Sweet dreams!
Luv that Bun sits on you! Your have made friends in your community by caring about people, it's nice to know someone gave a bit of that back to you, Mary
The first mention of Christmas decorations was made yesterday evening by Lady M. She discretely mentioned that I might like to delve beneath the stairs, and bring out THAT BOX. I ignored her.
That's so lovely. Have a wonderful sleep.

DeleteHello John
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think of the assisted dying bill that recently passed, how was it received at work?
Hope things are well with you.
