Sure you are somewhere in that choir, I just haven't spotted you yet...

  4. Well there were only two woodwind players picked out so it was either the clarinettist or - and only very briefly, just the once - the flautist. I'm going for the former.

    1. Yes, Jane (below) is right. Brief glimpse of bassoonist near start - and he'd be my (choice) pick too.

  12. I was surprised that the youngsters just sat there so serious. It would be hard to sit still with that bouncing music!

Oh, yes, the basoonisht with the beard and glasses. DH played the bassoon for a short while and our dog got in the bathtub and howled when he played!

    Lovely music - ta!

    Hugs!

What is this - a Blue Peter blog? Watch with Mother?

What a brilliant quote. Who was astute enough to say that? And who but me is old enough to remember Watch With Mother? Revive The Wooden Tops! Rehome Rag, Tag, and Bobtail! Bring back Patricia Driscoll! Cut Andy Pandy's strings!

You don't need to be old to be familiar with all these Yorkshire Liz, they're all on You Tube. Muffin the Mule and the Wooden Tops are big favourites of my grandchild.
