I love the Far Side. I don't think I've seen the one you've posted tonight before. My favourite cartoon is the Midvale School for the Gifted one, but I love his cows too. Love Killing Eve too - what an ending.
How fitting is that Far Side cartoon! LOL I had to stop watching Killing Eve when her husband was murdered; same reason I couldn't watch The Walking Dead. Too gory. But am happy to see that Eve makes it ... as if there was ever any doubt. -Kate
I don't do gore in books or movies either but I don't mind gore in real life as my 5 years working 3p-11p in the Emergency Room of a city hospital proves. Love the Far Side, too.
I shed a tear for the end of Villanelle as well. Maybe I take these shows too seriously in wanting all the loose ends tidied up and one loose end is that poor couple has no idea Eve was a fake minister, that they're not really married :-)
Love The Far Side. One of my favourites is the 'Cat Fud' with arrows pointing to the washing machine. The cat investigating and the dog hiding round the corner thinking 'Oh please. Oh please'.

ReplyDeleteI should maybe have persevered with Killing Eve as I gave up on it quite early on but that does look worth watching.
I kinda like the weird humour of the Far Side. Killing Eve - not my thing. Too much gore. I'm a sensitive little flower! Lol! xx
