    2. Oh, good! I like to see the new additions to the cottage. It always looks so cosy and inviting. But then I'm a nosy bugger! xx

    6. I think I may have a similar one but it's a bit deeper than my sink and whilst draining a saucepan I rested it for a moment and melted it a bit x

  9. We often eat at Mowgli, Bold Street, it's a very short train ride from where we are on The Wirral!
I even bought the Mowgli Street Food recipe book, and have made a few dishes, but I don't think I'll be making the Yoghurt Chat Bombs any time soon, they're a bit too complicated, but hey, never say never!
It's bedtime for us now, but you've set me off thinking about Bunny Chow, that may just be tomorrow evening's dinner!
We did each have a couple of Smoked Cardamom Old Fashioneds whilst playing Monopoly after dinner tonight! My husband trounces me at Monopoly every time, so I was hoping that if I got him tipsy, I might just win. Hah! No chance, he still wiped the floor with me! My Old fashioned is a fair imitation of the one at Mowgli, not perfect, but not bad either!
Looking forward to seeing your yellow cushions. I loved the old John Lewis store when it was in the gloriously higgledy piggledy George Henry Lee building, but I don't like the Liverpool 1 store at all, it feels soul-less and impersonal, but then again, I don't like anything at all about Liverpool 1!
Well, apart from the fantasy score of Liverpool 1 - Everton 4!!!

  10. The food looks terrific. That's a real feast for two. I hope you brought some home for another meal.

  11. The adjective "fat" is inappropriate in this context. It ought to replaced with "greedy".

What an amazing table full of glorious food! What is in each dish? Did you each take home a "doggie bag" of leftovers?

    Hugs!

  14. That looks delicious !

I've just bought light yellow cushions too - to go with some blue chairs. Such a cheerful colour. We need a bit of sunshine indoors too.
