I love this photo
It was sent to me tonight from Facebook
" remember this? It said!"
And I did
Me, Winnie and my old dogs William , George and Meg
All having a lie in a couple of years ago
Winnie looks mighty proud does she not?
So do I
I miss my lost dogs
I've always missed them all
Love this pix John. It is sad to see old lost friends again.
ReplyDeleteI got my already programmed and blanked ATM card to withdraw the maximum of $1,000 daily for a maximum of 20 days. I am so happy about this because i got mine last week and I have used it to get $20,000. Mike Fisher Hackers is giving out the card just to help the poor and needy though it is illegal but it is something nice and he is not like other scam pretending to have the blank ATM cards. And no one gets caught when using the card. get yours from Mike Fisher Hackers today! *email cyberhackingcompany@gmail.com
DeleteThey're not lost.
ReplyDeletethey are waiting for you over the rainbow bridge.
ReplyDeleteHow many dogs do you have now?
ReplyDelete3 Karen . Winnie, Dorothy the bulldog and Mary the Welsh terrier
DeleteThat's so lovely John and I was tearful as soon as I saw it.I struggle most days with not seeing and cuddling my previous 5 darlings. Some days it's more painful than others but then I look at the other 4 and I have them to care for and love x
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely photo. They have a permanent home in your heart.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
ReplyDeleteSweet! Winnie does look as if she already considers herself Queen Winnie!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about missing William, Meg, and George as we still miss Punkin, Daisy, and Tobey. They live on in our stories, in our photos, and in our hearts.
Hugs!
Great pic of four happy dogs and their person. Lots of love flowing.
ReplyDeleteYou need a new family portrait if you can corral them all on the bed at the same time!
ReplyDeleteI used to love having one on the bed... not so sure about four. They all look very pleased with themselves.
ReplyDeleteThey are always in your heart.
ReplyDeleteContentment of that moment captured. Such sweet memories.
ReplyDeleteJust "Aaahh!"
ReplyDeleteI miss every lost animal, they stay alive in our memories but they take a piece of our heart when they go don't they πΎππΎπΎ
ReplyDeleteI love this photo of you and you furry family.
Love this, one for the art gallery
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy photo! Lost dogs are always in your heart x
ReplyDeleteWonderful memories, John. I am surrounded by photos of my beloved dogs, birds and horses (nearly all rescues) - all whom have passed. I have decided not to have any more now, as I'm in my sixties and the pain of losing them is just too great. I content myself being an auntie to all my various dog nephews and nieces!!! I love that photo of you all.
ReplyDeleteLove
Kim
Not too late to take on another lost soul, Kim. I adopted Benji 3 years ago, when I was 72 - I was told he was 3 years old but I thought that was OK and an incentive to keep healthy so as to outlive him. Anyway, I now know his true age - he'll be 10 years old next month, so perhaps I needn't try quite so hard!!!! Go for it!
DeleteLovely picture John. They really do break your heart those 'lost' dogs don't they. We have a few as well. Never forgotten. Love Janx.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture and a reminder of happy days with furry friends who sadly don't live as long as we do.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo! Should be on calendar, because every time you look at it, it makes you smile and feel heart warmed. I love Einnie's smug expression! Some dogs just love having their photo is taken. Ah, you most especially miss the special ones, animals and people both, with the same sharp poignancy. That's love and compassion for you. Thank you for sharing x
ReplyDeleteIt is a very well composed photograph.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful photo.
ReplyDeleteWe talk about Sam and Dillon all the time, different characters to each other and now our Raffie. I can't understand people naming every dog they ever have the same name as they are all so different from each other and the memories are precious X
A fantastic photograph ..... I think I made a birthday card for you using that photo ! You should have that photo in a frame ..... it’s so good. XXXX
ReplyDeleteAll in the family.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment I thought it was picture of One Direction.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful photos. And Winnie’s expression is priceless. What a ham!
ReplyDeleteThey all remain in our hearts don't they?
ReplyDeleteWhenever I want to tell my husband about something you've written I always call you 'John the Dogs' and he knows who I'm talking about. It's a brilliant photo.
ReplyDeletePS - Winnie reminds me of Granny from the Giles cartoons in this pic.
DeleteDoesn't she just ha ha
DeleteThey're not lost. They're just sitting warming up a bed somewhere waiting for you.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this photo! Those faces.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely photo I especially loved reading about dear George but they are all special.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo. I don't think you ever stop missing your rainbow dogs, I won't xxx
ReplyDeleteI won't too
DeleteAh, Winnie looks so happy there!
ReplyDeleteHaving pets is hard at times. They truly become as dear as people to some of us.
I remember this photo and always loved it. You had it in the sidebar for a long time.
ReplyDeleteEvery furfriend who has graced my life has a place in my heart. No one usurps it.
Never comment,I feel sad today as my 88 yo Dad is apart from us- severe stenosis. I can feel and smell my Westies from 25 yrs ago. Winnie is amazing.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely photo indeed.
ReplyDeleteLove this photo, John the Dogs. Is it Winnie or Constance???
ReplyDeleteWinnie
DeleteOne of my favourite photos of dear old Winnie. That lovely smug look on her face; one that says "This is MY Dad" Bless them all.
